What after-sales support do you provide?
We provide a 12-month warranty on all machines, spare parts supply, video troubleshooting guides, and direct WhatsApp support. Replacement parts can typically be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer customised or OEM solutions?
Yes. We work with processing plant developers and investors to design custom layouts. OEM branding and private-label options are available for larger orders.
What voltage and power supply do the machines require?
Most machines are available in 220V/380V 50Hz or 60Hz configurations. Please specify your local power supply when requesting a quote and we will configure accordingly.
Can the machines handle both raw and steam-treated cashews?
Yes. Our shelling machines are designed for steam-treated cashews (the standard method). We also supply the steam boilers and pre-treatment equipment required for the full processing sequence.
Do you provide installation and training support in Africa?
Yes. We offer on-site installation and operator training services across Africa, including Tanzania, South Africa, Mozambique, Kenya and Ivory Coast. Remote support via WhatsApp is also available 24/7.
What production capacities are available?
Our machines range from small-farm units handling 50–200 kg/h up to industrial-scale lines processing 2,000+ kg/h. We will recommend the right capacity based on your raw cashew input and target output.

What is the typical delivery time?
Standard machines ship within 2–4 weeks. Custom or complete processing lines typically require 6–15 weeks depending on specifications. We handle all export documentation and can arrange freight to your nearest port.
